1. Can we submit our press kit for an interview?
Yes, you can submit your band for an interview at anytime of the year. We give a restrained number of interview, but take your chance.
2. Can we submit our album for a review?
For now, we no longer have collaborators who write reviews, so we are not accepting any records for the purpose of producing a review. However, you can still reach out to us, take a chance.
3. Are you looking for collaborators?
We always looking for new collaborators. You can submit your application at any time during the year. While no monetary compensation is provided, there may be other benefits offered in exchange.
4. Do you accept promotional items for contests?
We accept donations such as tickets, records, stickers, T-Shirts, and other promotional items. However, you are responsible for shipping the prizes to contest winners in collaboration with your band, label, festival, or other organizations. We can help for the cost of shipping.
5. Where are you located?
Initially, we were two people located on two continents. Now, we are solitary, so it’s just one globe-trotter between France (6 months a year) and North America for the rest of the time.
6. How can we be part of your outgoing compilations?
No compilations should be planned for now. We will not open submissions or calls for applications in the coming months. Maybe eventually in 2025, we will consider it, but it is not our priority. Each compilations are a free download in our Bandcamp account, and our first was available since march 2024..
7. Do we organize shows for the release of each compilations, or can you assist us in getting booked for a festival?
Currently, we do not host concerts for ours compilations releases, although that might be a possibility in the distant future. However, it is not part of our current plans.
As for booking festivals, we have no significant influence over the organizations that create festivals, so we are unable to assist you in securing bookings.
8. Can you help us create a press kit for our band and thus assist us in distributing this essential tool?
We can help you in crafting a press kit for your band that will enhance your standing with festivals, magazines, radio stations, concert promoters, or other related domains in the industry. You only need to reach out to us for further information.
As for distribution, we can refer you to media agencies specialized in artist promotion.
9. How to be considered for our "Album of the Week" feature on our blog?
Simply write to us indicating your interest in being selected for the album of the week. Don't forget to include a Bandcamp link, as we exclusively operate with this platform.
10. How to have your music video featured as the "Video of the Month" on our blog?
One easy way, simply reach out to us and send the link to the video you'd like to submit. Be sure to mention why you believe you deserve to be selected. Our team will review submissions and choose those that resonate with us.
11. How to be featured in our "Single of the Day" selection on our Facebook story?
You can always suggest your tracks by messaging us on Facebook. Two criteria must be met for your selection:
- Your music must be available on the Facebook Music app for our story excerpt.
- Please send us a Spotify link to the track so that we can include it in the story, allowing people to listen to the full song on your Spotify profile and we will add the songs on the playlist with the same name.
12. How to be part of the "Moshpit Pulse" playlist on Spotify or "YouTube Screen Riot Unleashed," published monthly?
We do not accept submissions. Instead, we select those that strike us the most during our team's listening and viewing of new releases in the last week of each month. But you can always suggest any music or vids.
13. Is it possible to have advertising banners on your site?
If you are a festival, concert organization, press agency, instrument store, record shop, or label, please let us know your interest through our contact form. We will discuss the best possible price, but we are always open to service exchanges. The scene is made for mutual support.
14. How to support our blog online and in the streets?
Here are two effective ways:
- Follow our social media profiles: It’s a simple and free gesture that makes a big difference. By sharing our articles on your band pages and personal profiles, you contribute to increasing our and your visibility.
- Display our logos: If you organize festivals or concerts, feel free to include our logos on your posters. This helps us reach a wider audience. We’re open to mutual support arrangements, so feel free to reach out to discuss how we can help each other. The music scene thrives on collaboration.
